You then get a drawing you can read, a list of materials, and a cost for the build, before you agree any work. ## From the survey to the plan We measure the garden and note the levels, the access, the sun and what has to stay. It depends on the size of the garden and how many revisions the brief needs. We agree a timescale at the consultation, once we have seen the site. We do not quote a fixed number of weeks here, because it varies.
